Designer设计实习生

We are in search of talent to fill in an open position in Meiyume's Design Studio.  Our team handles creative design services for Primary & Secondary Packaging, Bags & Accessories, and Communication materials. 

Business Goals & objective: To provide design services to the fast-growing global market clientele where speed, cost, and quality are priorities; with understanding of customer’s needs, we gain customer confidence through design recommendations to build stickiness and eventually grow our shares. 

Purpose of role: 

We need a designer who can communicate well with our global client and sourcing team to understand and interpret their design needs; come up with creative and feasible ideas and design solutions which adhere to our marketing strategies and business goals. 

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Work well with design directions; be highly creative and able to design from scratch

2. Be proactive in packaging, design and product trends in beauty industry 

3. Able to work with a team, cross-team collaboration, as well as work independently and take project ownership 

4. Submit creative deliverables within deadline with professional level of quality 

5. Knowledge in production artwork
