工业设计工程师

负责座椅造型开发过程中造型工程的可行性分析，与客户工程团队对接，牵头协调及管理造型开发过程中的工程可行性问题；
    Responsible for the feasibility analysis of modeling engineering in the   process of seat modeling development;
    Connect with the customer engineering team to lead the coordination and management   of the engineering feasibility problems in the modeling development process;与SMTE制定工程可行性分析的流程
    Develop a process for engineering feasibility analysis with SMTE研究新材料和开发方法，调查市场新趋势和新技术。符合行业趋势和信息的前沿，负责创新设计的建模Research new materials and methods of   development : Investigate about the market of new trends an new   technologies.Accordig with the forefront of the industry trends and   information, is responsible for modeling innovative design使用专门的软件来创建产品的模型和图纸：提高CATIA、Alias和其他软件（如Photoshop）的技能，能够代表各种想法。
    Use specialized software to create models and drawings of products: Advance   skills in CATIA, ALIAS and other kind of software such as Photoshop to be   able to represent all kinds of ideas. 将工程和关键立法要求转化为设计，将工程要求转化为设计可能性，帮助实现从草图到生产的设计主题，为技术挑战领域制定可行的解决方案，传达设计意图和要求。在工程中，理解并实施设计模型中的技术输入和限制。记录设计主题的可行性，提出关键问题，仲裁并推动工程和设计之间的妥协，Customer Management and communication : Transfer and description of the   engineering and key legislative requirements into the design, transform   engineering requirements into design possibilities, help achieve design   topics from sketch to production, develop viable solutions for technical   challenge areas, communicate design intent and requirements in engineering,   and understand and implement technical inputs and limitations in design   models. Document the feasibility of design topics and ask key questions,   arbitrate and drive compromises between engineering and design,评审阶段：管理和记录设计和工程部门在每个过程中的协议。
    Review phase: Manage and document the agreements between design and   engineering departments in every process.精致工艺：熟悉工艺流程原理，在产品设计过程中，指导工程团队及时向设计团队提供最佳解决方案，避免工艺问题。
    Perfect Craftmanship: Familiar with the craftmanship process principle, in   the product design process, guide the enginnering team to provide the best   solutions Ｏn time to the design team    to avoid craftmanship problems,
   组织和维护现有的工程记录：审查数据库，保持信息的更新和注册，创建平台，帮助两个部门保持信息的可用性。
    Organize and maintain existing engineering records: Review the database and   keep the information updated and registered, create platforms that help both   departments to keep the information available.对工程原型进行物理测试：参与原型制作过程，准备质量控制报告和反馈
    Perform physical testing Ｏn engineering prototypes: Participe in the   prototyping process, prepare quality control report and feedback 建立设计与工程团队之间的沟通交流：组织设计工作各方面的工程可行性，跨部门协调工程建模的可行性，形成统一的解决方案。
    Create a flow of communication between the design and enginnering team:   Organize  the engineering feasibility   of all aspects of the design work, coordinate the feasibility of modeling   engineering across departments, and form a unified solution.

任职要求：

1、2025届工业设计相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、英语四级及以上或同等水平优先；

3、拥有主人翁意识、正直诚信，具备良好的沟通影响力、抗压能力，较强的成就动机。
