职位描述：

1.把握内河水运前沿技术发展趋势，研究政策变化动态,从事交通运输与规划、区域经济研究等规划咨询相关工作；
2.完成内河水运规划咨询项目的客户需求调研、需求分析等工作；
3.参与内河水运交通运输与规划、区域经济领域有关的课题、标准的研究与编制工作，进行重大课题技术攻关及创新。"

1. According the future development trend of inland river leading edge technology, making policy research, planning consultation about transportation and regional economic;
2. Carrying out consumer research survey and requirements analysis about inland river planning consulting project;
3. Participating in inland river transport planning and regional economic research, compiling standards. Making the important technical tackle and innovation in well-known projects.

职位要求：

1.交通运输与规划、交通运输经济等相关专业博士学位；
2.熟悉水运行业，3年以上海外知名设计咨询企业工作经验者，参加过大型工程项目者优先;
3.有扎实专业基础知识，有国内外执（职）业资格证书者优先；
4.具有良好的文字写作和口头表达能力；
5.有创新意识，具有较强团队合作意识和沟通协调能力。

1. PhD in transportation and planning/transportation economy;
2. Having at least 3 years work experience in internationally-known consultant company. Knowing well water transportation information;
3. Give the hiring priority to those having a hard professional competence and an encyclopedic knowledge, having high grade qualification certificate, participating in lager- Scale project;
4. Being capable of better reading and writing, good in communication skill;
5. Having advantage in innovation/ communication/good teamwork.
