职位描述：

1.把握城市综合开发、产业规划发展动向，负责综合开发类、产业规划类、策划类咨询类项目的生产组织、方案编写、专题研究等；
2.参与城市综合开发、产业规划类业务领域有关的课题、标准的研究与编制工作；
3.负责城市综合开发类、产业类项目的知识管理工作，组织案例借鉴、行业跟踪、产业分析、专题研究等知识成果的沉淀和积累；
4.协助维护已有的产业资源合作关系，并拓展产业资源合作伙伴，参与产业项目需求开发，参与政企、客户等商业谈判等。

1. According the future development trend of urban complex/industrial planning, making project management/ report/research in this field project;
2. Participating in research and compiling standards in the field of urban complex/ industrial planning;
3. Summarizing experiences for industrial analysis/Special Subject Study/project;
4. Expanding the Market, Promoting the cooperation. Participating in project development and negotiation.

职位要求：

1.区域经济、产业经济、经济地理等专业博士学位；
2.具有城市综合开发或产业咨询6年以上工作经验，能够独立承担大型城市综合开发、产业规划、策划、研究类咨询项目；
3.具有区域经济规划、区域产业规划、园区产业咨询工作经验者优先；具有先进制造、交通枢纽经济、文化旅游、海洋产业、物流业等相关产业咨询工作经验者优先；
4.有快速学习能力，思维活跃，知识全面，有敬业精神，能承受压力；
5.具有较好的中英文读写和交流能力。

1. PhD in regional economic /industrial economic/ economic geography;
2. Having at least 6 years work experience at carrying out projects about urban complex/industrial planning. Being capable of taking charge the large -scale synthesis project about urban complex/industrial planning/ Research and consulting;
3. Giving the hiring priority to those having more consultant experience about economic planning/ Regional industrial planning/ industrial zone consultants/communications hub economic/oceanic industry/ logistics;
4. Having the ability to accumulate knowledge, all-around knowledge structure;
5. Being capable of better reading and writing in Chinese & English, and good in communication skill.
