职位描述：

1.把握前沿技术发展趋势，从事内河水运岩土力学、水工结构工程等方向设计相关工作；
2.协助公司持续不断地在内河水运岩土力学及水工结构方向专业领域及设计领域进行技术攻关及创新。

1. According the future development trend of inland river leading edge technology, design about Inland River Geotechnical Mechanics and hydraulic structure;
2. Participating in the important technical tackle and innovation in geotechnical mechanics and hydraulic structure field.

职位要求：

1.岩土勘察及工程地质或港航、水利或土木工程相关专业博士学位；
2.熟悉水运行业，3年以上海外知名设计企业工作经验者，参加过大型工程项目者优先;
3.有扎实专业基础知识，有国内外执（职）业资格证书者优先；
4.熟练使用AutoCAD等相关制图软件，熟悉岩土计算软件、结构计算分析软件者优先；
5.具有良好的文字写作和口头表达能力；
6.有创新意识，具有较强团队合作意识和沟通协调能力。

1. PhD in geotechnical & investigation /port & waterway/Hydraulic engineering/ Civil engineering;
2. Having at least 3 years work experience in internationally-known consultant company. Knowing well water transportation information in the field;
3. Give the hiring priority to those having a hard professional competence and an encyclopedic knowledge, having high grade qualification certificate, participating in lager-Scale project;
4. Being skilled in using Autocad/ calculation software about geotechnical/structure;
5. Being capable of better reading and writing, good in communication skill;
6. Having advantage in innovation/ communication/good teamwork.
